It's time to feel the pure and simple joy of movement.
This is a 3 part workshop that first prepares your body by releasing tension and revealing healthy movement patterns with Erica. Then Anita will have us smiling and dancing! Finally Marla will guide the decompression and cool down with stretching and soft breathing.
11am to 3pm at Ballet BC Studios on Granville Island.
*NOTE: We have access to the studio up to 4pm so that we have time to gather for tea and connection.

- 1 hour BeMoved Class
- 1 hour ELDOAâ„¢ Breath and Stretch
- Tea and connection time 3-4pm
