It's time to feel the pure and simple joy of movement.
This is a 3 part workshop that first prepares your body by releasing tension and revealing healthy movement patterns with Erica. Then Anita will have us smiling and dancing! Finally Marla will guide the decompression and cool down with stretching and soft breathing.Ā
10:30am to 2pm at Ballet BC Studios on Granville Island.Ā

Lunch break is brief, you may want to come prepared! Bring layers, and water ... as well as a sense of play!
